• Federal Agency Subcontractor: Project management in support of a Warehouse Management System implementation.
• State Constables' Training: SharePoint deployment, document management and training criteria database development.
• Architectural Planning: Development of processes to extract, transform and analyze space usage data to support predictive analyses.
• State Insurance Fund: Project management with QA IV&V of the Unisys to .Net migration and modernization of three key systems that process all Workers Compensation Claims in the state.
• WIC: Lead Quality Assurance, technical writing and video training materials development supporting implementation of WIC-on-the-Web (WoW). Capacity Planning and QA/IV&V for prime vendors in Rhode Island and New York.
• County Treasurer's Office: Project management of a Fund Accounting and Investment System migration from UNISYS/COBOL to .NET.
• Office of Mental Health: Development and support of Patient Tracking and accounting. Applications.
• NPOs: Provide technical support for multiple non-profits involving hardware/software evaluations, recommendations and deployment; SharePoint deployments; database design; networking; and, general user training.
• Major pharmacy chain: Developed biometric security application collecting fingerprint data to issue a pass ticket (10 minute temporary password) to validate user and issue a host certificate/RACF logon for pharmacy fulfillment systems.
• Captured requirements, architected design and reporting for Highway Crash Reporting.
• Designed and deployed web-based Pathology Lab client tracking system.
• Designed/deployed systems and databases for healthcare claims processing under HIPAA compliance.
• State Personnel Department: Monitored quality levels and completeness of deliverables produced by the SAP Implementation Partner.
• Managed installation of OS/390 1.3, 2.6, 2.9 & 2.10 (UNIX certified) and associated 3rd party software for multiple clients.
• Performed DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and UNIX/Windows Administration for several customers.
• Conducted a complete client and server side profile and element analysis for a new NYSE Web Site.
• Modeled State Court Information System for web access on key sizing, tuning, and deployment parameters.

Managed, designed/deployed state systems and databases responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue from Federal funding, Fraud Detection, Child Support, Employment Security and Drug Rebate programs, including:

• HIPAA implementations for MMIS applications with the states of Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, North Carolina and New York.
• Medicaid Data Warehouses and MMIS related systems support: Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Carolina and New York.
